Michael Wong is committed to developing design and architectural solutions, on many scales, which respond to present-day needs of life, work, and play. His education, experience and interests range from historic preservation to new construction, urban design, infrastructure and sustainability. He recently completed the New Lab and Building 77 in the Brooklyn Navy Yard and is currently overseeing the renovation of the historic Chelsea Hotel, the conversion of Hall Street, new residential construction at Pearson Street and a master plan at Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden. By working across a broad realm of requirements and possibilities, his process is able to balance diverse needs into a codified building solution.
