Raquel Marrero

Raquel Marrero has worked as a team designer and project coordinator at Kent Anders Marchand for 15 years. Her responsibilities have included Design Development and Construction Documents, Coordination with MEP Consultants, and Construction Supervision (site visits, submittals, RFIs, and clarifications) on a number of major commercial and residential projects, including the award-winnng renovation of the Vanderbilt and La Concha Hotels in San Juan. She also contributed to the US Housing and Urban Development initiative for elderly housing at Valle Dorado in Utuado. Prior to joining Kent Anders Marchand, Raquel worked at architecture firms in Puerto Rico, as well as in Los Angeles and Mexico City. She has been a recipient of a scholarship from the AIA, and was awarded the Hazel Fellowship for Design Excellence by UCLA
