Gowanus Green incorporates the community’s visioning principles and responds to the city’s call for a mixed-use extension of the Carroll Gardens neighborhood. It provides affordable housing serving a wide range of incomes and needs, including housing dedicated to the formerly homeless, senior and extremely low-income New Yorkers.
