Brooklyn Heights
As their name indicates, they are located on State Street between Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights, and Cobble Hill. Taking design cues from the historic National Register houses adjacent to and across from the site, the first 14 townhouses, completed in 2006, have subtly varied façade planes and contextually sensitive materials. ©David Sundberg/ESTO
